WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A CARER

We seek compassionate and skilled carers who are committed to providing the highest standard of care. Our carers combine experience, training, and a respectful approach to ensure every client feels supported, safe, and valued.

Minimum 1 year of live-in or domiciliary care experience

Enhanced DBS check (up to date)

At least 2 professional references

Proof of right to work in the UK

Relevant care training (e.g. Moving & Handling, First Aid, Medication, Safeguarding)

Good spoken and written English

A kind, professional, and respectful approach to care
