Our carefully selected live-in carers offer flexible, compassionate support, including:

Personal & Daily Living Care

  • Assistance with washing, dressing, personal hygiene, continence, and shaving

  • Medication reminders & safe handling

  • Encouragement with morning/evening routines

Home & Lifestyle Assistance

  • Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, bed-making, vacuuming

  • Meal planning: preparing meals and snacks, catering to dietary needs

  • Grocery shopping or accompanying you on errands

Social, Community & Emotional Support

  • Company during walks, local outings, appointments, religious gatherings

  • Support for hobbies, clubs, or family events

  • Reading, conversation, and emotional warmth

Administrative Help & Errands

  • -Booking appointments and accompanying you

  • Assisting with correspondence or bill payments

  • Collecting prescriptions or attending meetings

Who can We Support?

Live-in care is ideal for those who:

Fees & Pricing

Note: For the fixed price of £500 per month, we provide all our support services. We do not charge admin or onboarding fees. Replacement carers, rota management, and all other support are included at no extra cost.

For short-term care (less than 3 weeks), our agency fee is £200 per week.

All carers we introduce are self-employed and will invoice you directly. The client and carer agree to the care fee before the arrangement begins. The fees below are our recommended standard rates:

- Standard Live-in care: £850 per week
- Standard Live-in care (Couple): £950 per week
- Complex Live-in care: £950 per week
- Complex Live-in care (Couple): £1,080 per week

Bank Holidays: Exulted Care does not charge extra fees during bank holidays. However, carers may charge double their daily rate on these days.

Breaks & Night Calls

Your live-in carer is available 24 hours a day in case of emergencies. However, carers typically work between 8 to 12 hours a day and are entitled to a 2-hour break daily, during which they may leave the premises. This is standard across the industry.

Carers can assist during the night, typically up to two times per night. For care provided between 11 PM and 7 AM, a waking fee of £12 per call may apply—limited to two calls per night. If more frequent night support is needed, a separate night carer may be required to ensure safety and avoid overburdening the live-in carer.
